TRESPASS
The OIPC INTERNATIONAL has received a
COMPLAINT ; namely alleging that the BCTF : BCPSEA Contract will be ultra vires in absence
of free, prior, informed Consent (
Tripartism). This complaint originates through the offices of the
UNSC CHARTER CHAPTER VII offices;
in conjunction with amicus curiae submissions from the FREE PRIOR INFORMED CONSENT (
IPLTGR) collegial body.
